Sensory-Friendly Vaccine Clinics
The BFK is also partnering with the Autism Society of Greater Wisconsin, ThedaCare, and the Wisconsin Early Autism Project to host sensory-friendly vaccine clinics at the Building for Kids.
This clinic will offer Moderna vaccines and boosters to eligible community members. There is no cost for participants. Parents and other family members are welcome to schedule their vaccines or boosters. Pizza will be available for dinner and participants are welcome to play in the museum after receiving their vaccines.
Participating families will receive a $100 gift certificate to the Building for Kids Children’s Museum.

The Building for Kids seeks to be a reliable resource of information and opportunities to promote the wellbeing of children and their grown-ups throughout our community. The BFK received a grant from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services Vaccine Community Outreach.
