Artist in Residence: Star Camp – September 25 – November 13 (Saturdays at 10am)
The Building for Kids proudly presents Alex with Antix Theatrix as our Artist in Residence! Alex will be hosting Star Camp – a seven week camp that will introduce families to the fundamentals of theater including writing, acting, and set-design. Kids and their adults will adapt a children’s book into a theatrical performance, which they will present in the final week of the camp. Star Camp will teach important life skills including problem-solving, creativity, confidence, and teamwork. Join us for all the fun and excitement of Star Camp!
This camp is free for members and $65 per person for non-members. The cost covers all 7 weeks of the camp, plus admission to the 9am – noon session on camp days. An adult is required to attend.
